All Government is Evil, and Ought to be Abolished!

This time, we’ve got Melissa’s day. She’s a simple and straight-forward girl. And she gets into fights. She’s just the perfect subject for playing violence for laughs.
The guilds in Walldavia are all over the place. About the only things that aren’t guilded are groceries and medicine. The guilds are quite effective, especially in the capitol, at two things: making life better for their members, and making life worse for everybody else. They are medieval unions, basically.
The people don’t really understand this, of course. Randy and Rinny’s father is actually trying to organize medical practice into a guild. He’s the type of person who would sell (and, in fact, is selling) his daughter for status and income, so he could very well come across as villainous. However, he is actually on the wrong end of Hanlon’s Razor. He’s attempting a fair deal of evil stuff, but only because he doesn’t know it’s evil. He’s consciencious enough that he’d stop if he knew better. Unfortunately, he’s got all the intellectual curiousity of a beetle, so he’s not likely to figure it out.
He may have a cameo at some point.
